Are the speakers there in person?
The featured world-class speakers are presented on the big screen via the official Live2Lead simulcast. Everything around them — your host Cliff Wilt, local speaker sessions, discussion, activities, and networking — happens live and in person in the room.
What's included in my ticket?
Full day access, coffee breaks, a catered lunch, the event guidebook, a certificate of attendance, networking, and raffle entry.
Where it is held? Is there parking?
Ramada Venice Hotel Venezia, 425 US 41 By-pass North, Venice, FL 34285. There are plenty of parking space available.
Can my business sponsor?
Yes! Sponsorships range from “Sponsor a Student” to table and premium packages — a great way to support local leadership and get your brand in front of the room. Download the sponsorship packet below.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund minus the card processing fee through January 8, 2027. After that date tickets are non-refundable, because we give the hotel our final meal count. You can still transfer your seat to someone else at no cost.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Email [email protected] with the new attendee's name and email by January 20, 2027, and we'll update the registration.
I have food allergy or dietary need. Can you accomodate t?
Yes, we'll do our best. Tell us at checkout, or email [email protected] by January 8, 2027, and we'll share it with the hotel kitchen. Lunch is prepared in a shared kitchen, so we can't guarantee it is free of every allergen. If your allergy is severe, you're welcome to bring your own lunch.
What should I wear?
Wear what you're comfortable in. A nice T-shirt and jeans, a polo or business casual are all welcome. Meeting rooms can cool, so bring a light jacket or sweater.
