When do you need our logo and ad?
By December 15, 2026 to appear in the printed Event Guide. Send a high-resolution PNG or vector file to [email protected]. Later sponsors are still recognized on social media, slides and from the stage.
How does the leadership session work?
After the event, we will schedule your session at a time that works for your team. Gold receives a half-day leadership session for up to 15, Silver a two-hour session for up to 10, and Bronze a one-hour session for up to 10.
Who uses our sponsor seats?
Anyone you choose: team members, clients, or emerging leaders. Just send us their names before the event.
Is the exhibitor table required?
No. Silver and Bronze tables are optional. Just let us know.
What can go in the swag bag?
Gold and Silver sponsors may include an approved promo item and donate a raffle prize, recognized from the stage. Items must be useful, not paper alone.
Can I sponsor more than one student?
Yes. Sponsor as many students as you like at $99 each.
Who receives a sponsored student seat?
High school juniors and seniors, and college students, ages 16 and up. Students under 18 need a signed parent or guardian permission form, and a parent or authorized adult drops them off and picks them up at the registration table.
