The Global Youth Initiative — plus year-round programs in leadership, life skills, and financial literacy for the next generation. Maximum Impact LB brings a worldwide movement of leadership and personal growth to young people in our schools, churches, and community.
What is the Global Youth Initiative?
The Global Youth Initiative (GYI) equips young people with leadership principles and life skills to help them succeed and make a positive impact in their schools, communities, and the world.
Developed by John Maxwell Leadership and presented locally by Maximum Impact LB, GYI is a free event held twice a year — the entire month of April and October — open to all children and youth groups ages 8–18.
Topics are tailored to each group's needs and delivered through workshops, seminars, and book readings. This program can be conducted on-site or online.
