Where Maximum Impact LB began

Maximum Impact LB (Life/Business) grew from founder Cliff Wilt's belief that leadership is not defined by a title. It is reflected in the choices we make, how we treat people, how we respond to challenges, and what we do with the opportunities in front of us.

Throughout his journey, Cliff saw the difference strong leadership could make — not only in business, but in people's everyday lives.

That became the foundation for Maximum Impact LB.

Today, we work with individuals, businesses, teams, community organizations, and the next generation to make leadership development practical and relevant.

We don't want people to simply leave inspired. We want them to leave ready to do something with what they learned.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Cliff is the Founder and CEO of Maximum Impact LB, where he sets the vision and leads the company's work in leadership development, speaking, training, and coaching.

At the heart of Cliff's work is a genuine belief in people and their ability to grow. He helps leaders and teams look beyond where they are today, recognize what is possible, and take practical steps toward becoming better leaders — at work and in life.

He believes leadership is not about having all the answers or holding a certain title. It is about how we show up, the choices we make, the people we influence, and what we do with the opportunities we are given.

For Cliff, success is not simply about reaching the next level. It is about who you become, who you help along the way, and the impact you leave behind.

Ana Wilt

Chief Operating Officer · Business Solutions & Technology

Ana serves as COO of Maximum Impact LB, bringing together business strategy, operations, systems, and technology to support the company's vision and growth.

With more than two decades of experience in business systems and technology, Ana understands that good ideas need the right structure behind them to succeed. She works across the business to turn vision into execution — developing processes, strengthening operations, and creating practical solutions that help the organization grow sustainably.

She brings both an analytical mindset and a people-centered approach, believing technology should never be the starting point simply because it is available — the business need and the people being served come first.

Her focus is simple: build the right systems behind the work so the people in front of it can make a greater impact.

Cliff leads the vision and pours into people. Ana builds the systems and foundation that bring it to life. Different gifts — one heart behind the work.
