Where Maximum Impact LB began

Maximum Impact LB (Life/Business) grew from founder Cliff Wilt's belief that leadership is not defined by a title. It is reflected in the choices we make, how we treat people, how we respond to challenges, and what we do with the opportunities in front of us.

Throughout his journey, Cliff saw the difference strong leadership could make — not only in business, but in people's everyday lives.

That became the foundation for Maximum Impact LB.

Today, we work with individuals, businesses, teams, community organizations, and the next generation to make leadership development practical and relevant.

We don't want people to simply leave inspired. We want them to leave ready to do something with what they learned.

Their strengths are different but complementary — with a shared commitment to helping people and organizations grow, lead well, and achieve excellence in life and business.

Cliff Wilt

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Cliff serves as Founder & CEO of Maximum Impact LB, setting the vision and leading the company’s work in leadership development, speaking, training, and coaching.

With more than three decades of leadership experience across nonprofit, business, and community organizations, Cliff brings practical insight and a deep belief in people’s ability to grow. His background includes serving as Executive Director of an Adult & Teen Challenge recovery program in Chicago, where he helped people rebuild their lives through leadership, mentorship, and personal growth.

As an Executive Director and Consultant with the Maxwell Leadership Team, a certified DISC Consultant, speaker, coach, and trainer, Cliff equips individuals and teams to lead with confidence, communicate effectively, and build stronger relationships. He is also the author of It’s All in Your Head and Mirage Vision: 10 Essentials to Turn Your Impossible into I’m Possible, helping readers move beyond limitations and take intentional steps toward their goals.

Cliff believes leadership is reflected in how we show up, the choices we make, and the way we serve others. Together with his wife, Ana, he leads Maximum Impact LB and hosts the annual Live2Lead SWFL leadership event, bringing leadership insights and practical growth strategies to Southwest Florida.

His focus is simple: inspire and equip people to live intentionally, lead with purpose, and create a lasting impact.

Ana Wilt

Director of Business Solutions & Systems

Ana serves as Director of Business Solutions & Systems at Maximum Impact LB, helping businesses, churches, non-profits and teams streamline processes, strengthen operations, and build practical systems that support their growth.

With three decades of experience in business systems and technology, Ana understands that good ideas need the right structure to succeed. She helps organizations turn vision into action by simplifying workflows, improving how information is organized, and creating solutions that make everyday work easier and more effective.

Ana combines an analytical mindset with a people-centered approach. She starts by understanding the business need and the people doing the work, then identifies the processes, tools, and technology that will best support them.

Her focus is simple: build the right systems behind the work so the people in front of it can make a greater impact.

Cliff leads the vision and pours into people. Ana builds the systems and foundation that bring it to life. Different gifts — one heart behind the work.
